5/31/2014 · Added “Convert” button to Text Editor/Viewer to format text scripts for insertion. Takes a preformatted txt file and converts it into separate txt files formatted for insertion in Text Editor/Viewer. Essentially does what the .bat file in FEditor Adv’s root folder does.
8/2/2014 · For editing all 3 (U) Fire Emblems for the Gameboy Advance (since Fire Emblem 6 was not released in, Overview: FEditor Adv’s portrait editor is the easiest, quickest, and most efficient way of inserting portraits. It’s as simple as making an image, pressing a few buttons, and pressing a few more buttons. Look in the ‘doc’ folder of FEditor Adv’s files, and then look at Portrait Editor Examples.

12/16/2014 · Heads-up for anyone using FEditor : be wary if you use multiple versions of it on the same rom. I ran into a glitch that caused the game to screech-crash whenever it tried to load a battle animation, and eventually found that it was the fact that I was replacing lower-level text stuff (e.g. changing the “Res” text to say “Mag”), but then I went to a backup and replaced the same text …
Portraits in FEditor adv – posted in Fire Emblem Modding: So I just barely joined and am already asking questions. Anyways, I wanted to try messing with Portraits, and as an exercise, I spliced Ephraims head on Franzs body, and gave this guy the hair color of some boss in FE8, and used Ephraims hair color for the armor (Which I think looks pretty cool!).
